Alhamdulillah, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, SDIT Raflesia has conducted a Public Speaking Workshop activity for teachers as part of the effort to improve the quality of communication and professionalism of educators in carrying out education mandate.
This activity becomes one of the efforts to present a meaningful and impactful teacher self-development for the learning process and the educational ecosystem in school.
This workshop is presented by Brother Kevin Kautsar, S. Pd., CPS, a national speaker and public speaking trainer, who delivers material in an inspirational, applicable, and relevant way to the challenges of today's education world. Through exposure and hands-on practice, teachers gain an understanding that communication is not just a speaking skill, but a means of building positive influence and real change.
Workshop inj was also attended by Raflesia Foundation Chairman Mr. DR. Andri Prima Zani, M.Kes as well as Raflesia Supervisor Mr. Benny Novico Zani , M.Kes, P.Hd, as a form of support in the activities and give the reinforcement that the development of teachers competence is an important part of a joint effort in advancing the quality of education.
The activity is designed to strengthen teachers' ability to communicate effectively and meaningfully, both to students, fellow teachers, and to parents.
In addition, this workshop also becomes a space for strengthening collaboration and communication between teachers, thus a positive synergy is created, mutual strengthening, and harmony in the vision and mission of education of SDIT Raflesia.
Not less important, this activity also provides instructions for teachers to establish intelligent, empathetic, and solution communication with parents, as the school's primary partner in educating children. A well-built relationship will strengthen trust and synergy between the school and parents for optimal growth of students.
